We know how important a personalised service is - from start to finish you will have one point of contact who is trained to deal with all aspects of lettings. As an independent agent we pride ourselves on being able to offer a bespoke service to all of our landlords. 

We offer four package types;

Introduction Service - We will market your property on all of our portals, conduct viewings, source you a tenant and then hand everything over to you from there. Perfect for experienced landlords! This package is only £150, we can offer inventories for an additional fee upon request.

Tenant Find - We will market your property on all of our portals, conduct viewings, source you a tenant and take them through all credit checks and referencing. The inventory will be undertaken, deposit registered, Right To Rent checks and all tenancy related paperwork completed. We will collect the first months rent and deposit and your tenants will then deal directly with you from there. This service is available for a flat fee of £300 which is taken from the first months rent and the balance forwarded to you within 5 working days.

Rent Collection - As per our tenant find service however we will then continue to collect the rent on a monthly basis and deal with any rent related enquiries.The monthly fee for this service is a competitive 5% a month.

Full Management - As per our services above but to include all aspects of maintenance. We will deal with any and all maintenance issues from start to finish, we have a dedicated team of contractors covering all jobs big and small. We will inspect the property twice a year and deal with all paperwork required throughout the tenancy - all for 7% of the rental figure a month!
