Tenants

We understand that moving and settling in to your new home can be a stressful time. Viewings will be arranged at times to suit you as much as possible, we offer evening and weekend appointments. Our accompanying member of staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

We aim to process all applications from start to finish within 14 days and our friendly, experienced team are here to make the process as smooth as possible for you. We do not take multiple applications and once a holding fee equivalent to a weeks rent is paid the property is removed from the market.

Once you have received confirmation that the landlord wishes to move forwards with your application a holding fee of the equivalent of one weeks rent is payable to reserve the property. This figure is then deducted from the balance of the first months rent due on day of move in.

Before you can rent a home in England, a landlord or letting agent must check your immigration status and that of anyone aged 18 or over who'll be living with you. Therefore, we will ask to see your passport or other official documents that prove your immigration status and we must take copies of the documents and keep the copies safe. Current or expired passports are acceptable documents for British, Irish and EU citizens. If you are a British or Irish citizen without a passport, your birth certificate plus another accepted proof of identity should be enough.

For further details we refer you the government website: https://www.gov.uk/private-renting/document-checks.

Once you are settled in to your new home we have made maintenance reporting easy - not only can you report via telephone and email but you can upload via our portal alongside photographs any time, day or night. We have an in house team of contractors meaning that with your landlord's approval we can rectify the issue quickly.
